Service Description

Floorplans with and without Room Dimensions as well as GLA floorplans with area calculations aligning with ANSI Standards set by Fannie Mae and recognized by the NCREC. All prices are based on total square feet, including all scanned areas, whether finished or not. When estimating square feet during the booking process, include heated finished SF + 500 SF for a garage space + any unfinished basement SF. Exp: Small ranch house with full unfinished basement and two-car garage = 1250 +500+1250 = 3800 SF. Select the 2500-5000 range when booking.
